The Sacraments of the Catholic Church are the life of our parish community. To take part regularly in the sacraments helps to form and strengthen us as faithful Christians who live the words and commandments of Jesus Christ. If you’d like to participate in any of the sacraments, or need preparation for any upcoming sacraments, please read through the material below and contact us with any inquiries or questions.

Annointing of the Sick

“They drove out many demons, and they anointed with oil many who were sick and cured them.” ~ Mark 6:13

The sacrament of Anointing of the Sick, should be celebrated at the beginning of a serious illness, either terminal or not.

A funeral to the deceased is his final “commendation to God” by the Church. It is “the last farewell by which the Christian community greets one of its members before his body is brought to its tomb.”
